IN CASE YOU WERE WONDERING:Due to an car accident WCIA 3 is off the air for DirecTV, Dish Network, some cable providers, and antenna viewers. Ameren is working to restore power.This doesn't effect all providers as Comcast still works.

@comcastcares Both TV and Internet have been out for several hours. I received no notice about this. Estimated restore time was 930pm tonight and is now 9am tomorrow. This is unacceptable and I expect to see a credit on my next bill or else I look for a new service provider ASAP.

@JesseThorn Wow - I though our situation was bad. We live less than 5 miles from one of the world’s fastest supercomputers, the birthplace of MOSIAC and it’s either Comcast(cares) or two competing broadband ISPs that aren’t that good. But those are more choices then you have. I’m so sorry!

Cust service @Xfinity is truly lacking. Even after they make a mistake, they refuse to rectify it. Instead, makes up multiple excuses. Time for other options. #Monopoly
