@Xfinity I had the rudest customer service rep. I tried to set up service and got a price for $30/mo with autopay and they person is quoting me $40 when I already signed up and have an account login, but it won’t login.

@Xfinity I cancelled my services 2 months ago and I got a bill. Then I spent 8 minutes on the automatic operator , and finally got an agent. I’d answer your customer service survey as a big fat zero

Cust service @Xfinity is truly lacking. Even after they make a mistake, they refuse to rectify it. Instead, makes up multiple excuses. Time for other options. #Monopoly
