During his stint as RT guest editor a few weeks ago, Gatiss told us that a new run would be more than two years away. Our bet is that Moffat and Gatiss will want to take on The Speckled Band, the Sherlock story of a grisly murder by nefarious means. Moffat tells RT it could quite well be his “favourite thing in all literature”, which is quite a compliment.
