The Static-HV is a Submachine Gun that arrived in Modern Warfare 3 with the debut of Season 5. This nifty Submachine Gun boasts an exceptionally high fire rate for a fast TTK, along with a large magazine size to boot. Though the weapon does sport a decent amount of visual recoil, the weapon is a powerhouse in the close-range meta. Here is the best loadout for the Static-HV in Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone.

How To Unlock The Static-HV
The Staic-HV is one of the free rewards within the Season 5 Battle Pass for Modern Warfare 3, found in Sector 6. To earn this weapon for free, players must make their way to it by claiming all rewards within previous sectors with their Battle Pass Tokens. The fastest and most surefire way to reach Sector 6 is by unlocking all rewards in Sectors 1, 3, and 5. Once done, players can then claim every other reward in Sector 6 before unlocking the Static-HV.
Alternatively, players can skip the grind altogether by purchasing the Battle Pass Bundle for Season 5 and using the 20 Tier Skips acquired through the bundle to unlock the Static-HV right from the get-go. The Battle Pass Bundle costs 2,400 COD Points, which will be $19.99 if players find themselves short on the in-game currency.
Following the debut of Season 6, the Static-HV will be made available as an Armory Unlock reward for those who do not unlock it before the end of Season 5.

This build aims to be a one-size-fits-all for the Static-HV, proving remarkably versatile for both Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone. The attachments for this particular build do a great job of toning down the visual recoil of the Static-HV, along with boosting bullet velocity and range to extend that weapon's versatility from medium range. On top of that, handling and mobility attributes have also received a boost, such as aim-down-sight and sprint-to-fire speed, keeping the weapon fast and reliable for tense gunfights. These enhancements make the Static-HV a great contender for one of the best weapons in the game.

Secondary Recommendations
For regular Multiplayer, the Static-HV is a solid weapon to rely on, eliminating the need to take another Primary weapon in the Secondary slot. With that being the case, a solid weapon for the Handgun category can keep players covered in situations where they cannot pop off a quick reload for their Primary. Some great options for Season 5 include the WSP Stinger and the Renetti.
For Warzone, however, the Static-HV is not necessarily the only Primary weapon players should rely on, as it is unable to do any meaningful damage at long range. Instead, players should opt for a weapon that is capable of performing well in the long-range meta. Such options include the KATT-AMR, the Holger 26, the Kar98k, the MCW, and the STG44 — which also arrived alongside the Static-HV for Season 5.
